Early access · AWS only

Stop overpaying AWS. We find and fix the waste.

An agent that continuously scans your AWS account for idle EC2, orphaned EBS, over-provisioned RDS, and unused load balancers — then cleans them up. One weekly report. Simple flat monthly pricing.

Read-only IAM by default · No agents to install

The AWS bill hides waste, your team can't keep up.

Every AWS account drifts toward waste. The tools to find it are noisy, the fixes are slow, and ownership never sticks.

  • Wasted spend is invisible.

Cost dashboards show totals, not the EC2 instance no one SSH'd into for 90 days.

  • Cleanup is manual and political.

Tagging initiatives take quarters. Nobody owns "delete that EBS volume."

  • Rightsizing is a one-off project.

The moment the engagement ends, drift returns. Waste compounds every month.

  • Multi-account sprawl.

Orphaned LBs in staging-archive-2022 are still billed. Old AMIs. Forgotten snapshots.

An agent that actually does the work.

Not another dashboard. A loop that finds waste, shows you the fix, and gets approval to apply it.

  • Continuous waste detection

Idle EC2, unattached EBS, over-provisioned RDS, idle NAT gateways, unused ALBs/NLBs — surfaced every day, ranked by $ impact.

  • Safe, reversible fixes

Every cleanup runs through a read-only scan first. Actions are previewed, approved in-app, and one click away from rollback.

  • One weekly savings report

A short email: what was found, what was fixed, dollars saved this week. No 30-tab dashboards.

How it works

Three steps from signup to first savings.

  1. 01

    Connect a read-only IAM role

We give you a CloudFormation or Terraform template. 10 minutes. We never get write access until you approve an action.

  2. 02

    We scan and score waste

You see the top opportunities ranked by dollar impact, in a single dashboard — no spreadsheet exports, no separate login to a cost tool.

  3. 03

    Approve fixes weekly

One-click approve, or set auto-fix rules for low-risk cleanups (e.g. unattached EBS older than 30 days). Approvals can route to Slack.

Questions

The things security and platform teams ask us first.

  • What IAM permissions does it need?
A CloudFormation or Terraform template that creates a read-only role by default. We only get ec2:TerminateInstances, rds:DeleteDBInstance, and similar on resources you've explicitly approved for cleanup. You can scope it to specific regions and tags. We log every API call.
  • Who is this for?
DevOps, Platform, and FinOps teams at mid-size companies running meaningful AWS workloads — typically $20k–$500k/month. AWS-only by design. Not a fit (yet) for orgs with strict change-control, but Slack-based approvals and SSO are on the roadmap.
  • What does “early access” mean?
Free during the early access period — we will grandfather pricing for everyone who joins. You get the product, direct Slack with the founders, and your feedback shapes the roadmap. Limited to ~50 teams so we can stay close.
  • Is this a subscription?
Yes. Simple flat monthly pricing once we leave early access. We'll publish exact tiers before billing starts, with at least 30 days' notice — you can keep using the product for free until then.
  • Where does my data live?
Findings live in our AWS account in us-east-1. We never store resource contents — only metadata (instance IDs, sizes, tags, attached volumes, region). You can request a full export or deletion at any time.
